German Federal Court: BND’s Storing Of Phone Records Is Illegal

The Federal Administrative Court in Germany ruled that BND, Germany's foreign intelligence agency, was illegally storing phone records. RSF Germany, the organization that launched the lawsuit, is also taking BND to the ECHR over email mass surveillance.
